We've been out of touch for a while, but it doesn't mean we haven't been working. Currently we are providing clean water to 10's of 1000's - updates to come. In the meantime to gain some insight into Haiti's struggle towards recovery, HBO is airing a very informative doc - it confirms our believe that supporting smaller NGOs may be the best way to affect change.

THERE IS NOTHING MORE PRECIOUS THAN THE GIFT OF WATER!

Most statics claim 50% of Haitians have access to safe water – I believe that number is lower. I also strongly believe that until the people of Haiti have access to safe water the prospects for individual and community development are crippled, and the path to peace impaired.

Thanks to your support Voice of Haiti is currently providing safe water to 67,000 of our Haitian brothers and sisters – our goal is 100,000 by the end of 2014. To donate to the cause, and learn about our Safe Water Program just click on the link below.

Voice of Haiti and International Action and are pleased to announce our upcoming merger in January, 2014!

Both our organizations have been operating in Haiti since 2006 and collaborating since 2010, creating a great deal of synergy in both technological development and project management. International Action provides municipal water treatment to urban neighborhoods in Port-au-Prince and surrounding regions, while Voice of Haiti provides treatment in underserved rural communities.

It is our common belief that access to clean water ensures a solid foundation for good health – the key to community development – empowering both families and individuals. Combined, we have provided clean water to 975,000 people! We will keep you informed as the merger approaches and ask for your continued support. Together we will become stronger, more efficient, and better positioned to fulfill our common goal of providing clean water to nearly one million people in 2014!

Over 90% of all donations go DIRECTLY to our projects. PLEASE continue to support our operations by donating on-line @:
