Talent opened the door. Vision, education, hard work, and purpose helped them build something bigger.
This National Black Business Month, we celebrate our founders, Chloe and Maud Arnold, two black women who have transformed their passion for tap into a powerful creative and entrepreneurial legacy.
From Washington, D.C., to Columbia University and stages around the world, they have built companies, created international festivals and productions, amplified the presence of women in tap, and earned recognition for their innovation and impact.
But their vision has never been only about their own success.
Through the Chloé and Maud Foundation, they use everything they have learned and built to open doors for the next generation, expanding access, amplifying voices, and creating opportunities for young people to become artists, entrepreneurs, leaders, and world changers.
This is what Black business leadership looks like: creating, innovating, building, and bringing others forward with you.
Happy National Black Business Month! ✨
