LaPonzina, a civil litigator passionate about Veteran Advocacy, ADVOCATE is now a team of experienced litigators and a medical professional. Our attorneys are skilled in appellate advocacy, have extensive knowledge of Veteran disability law, and are passionate about supporting our nations' Veterans. We are equipped to handle appeals at any Regional Office (RO), the Board of Veterans Appeals (BVA), the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (US CAVC), and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (US CAFC). ADVOCATE is headquartered in Washington, D.C., but can represent Veterans located anywhere in the country.
