Rounding out our day of gratitude on National , last but certainly least, Marie Jones!

Maree Jones is the Regional Manager overseeing all of the Resident Services Coordinators across NHT's portfolio. If you look up collaborator, leader and team player in the dictionary, you're likely to see Maree's name and face. Maree ensures that we as a team embody the values in which we measure our work. Maree is especially passionate about childhood development and leadership - and is always ready to remind the youth about her pro-basketball days. As a former Resident Services Coordinator, Maree leads by example - having gone through the challenges and joys of being frontline staff.

On this Service Coordinator Appreciation Day, we thank Maree for her leadership, collaboration and contribution to the Community Outreach and Impact team!

🎉Continuing our celebration series on our Resident Service Coordinators for National !🎉In this post, we highlight Anaïs Malangu!

Anaïs is a strong advocate for accessibility and continues to educate our team and organization on how to serve equitably. As the Resident Services Coordinator for Fredericksburg, VA, Anaïs navigates complex immigration concerns, manages large youth programs and still has time to facilitate senior bingo. Anaïs ensures that residents are empowered and encouraged to take ownership of their success - advancing them past systemic barriers to meet their needs and goals.

On this Service Coordinator Appreciation Day, we thank Anaïs for promoting equity for every community member and deeply appreciate your advocacy for a more inclusive world.

It's 🎉 !🎉 And all day we've been celebrating our incredible Resident Service Coordinators. In this post, we shout out Henok Mengistu!

Henok is a seasoned Resident Services Coordinator - and is uniquely gifted in building partnerships with community members and stakeholders alike to strengthen community cohesion. Henok understands that someone's environment does not define who they are as a person - and works alongside community leaders and partners alike to advance community development. Henok's model of shared power is a model of COI's anti-racism commitment - and he's not a bad fisherman either!

On this Service Coordinator Appreciation Day, we thank Henok for his commitment to an equitable distribution of power within NHT communities!
