Happy Fellow Friday!
Hi! My name is Deionna Vigil and I am Tewa from Nanbé Ówîngeh, NM.
I am a research program coordinator with the Johns Hopkins Center for American Indian Health based at the Chinle, AZ site and creator of the Redline Institute. When I am not working, I am sleeping/laying in bed as much as possible, baking, and trying to stay active.
So much has happened during this pandemic both personally and globally that it can be a lot to manage at times and no two people are experiencing this time in the same way or with the same resources.

It is my hope that everyone have empathy for people going through a harder time than them and do what they can to ensure that all of our relatives are taken care of. Remember, capitalism doesn't care about you and always wear a mask in public.
