EHealthDC eHealthDC is the Regional Extension Center for the District of Columbia and a program of the DC Primary Care Association.

eHealthDC serves as a neutral source for credible EHR and HIT information in addition to offering direct, individualized, and on-site technical assistance to more than 1,000 providers as they pursue meaningful EHR use. We are committed to working with any provider, regardless of specialty, affiliation, chosen EHR, or status of implementation.

eHealthDC is excited to announce that 48% of eHealthDC registered primary care providers in the DC region have successfully achieved CMS’ Meaningful Use standards. This group represents a solid foundation for the continued transformation of U.S. health care. By meeting these rigorous standards, these providers will improve the quality and efficiency of care.

On August 23, the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services announced the final rule for Stage 2 of meaningful use in the EHR Incentive Payments Program.
