🎓✨ Recently, Azerbaijan Innovation Center celebrated the graduation of Cohort 2 of the Digital LevelUp Program!

73 talented students completed specializations in Data Science, DevOps, and Cloud Operations, earning 152 Oracle certificates that showcase their advanced IT skills. 🚀

From inspiring sessions with StrategEast to the support of mentors from Sigma Software University, the ceremony highlighted how collaboration is shaping the next generation of tech leaders in Azerbaijan.

🇺🇸🤝🇺🇦 StrategEast led another impactful visit to Washington, D.C. with Ukraine’s defense tech and dual-use tech companies under the U.S.-Ukraine Tech Partnership Initiative, advancing strategic ties between Ukraine’s tech sector and the U.S. innovation and defense ecosystem.

Led by StrategEast in partnership with Diia.City Union and Kharkiv IT Cluster, and with the support by the Міністерство цифрової трансформації України Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, this initiative connects leading Ukrainian tech companies with U.S. policymakers, defense tech stakeholders, and investors to accelerate collaboration on dual-use technologies and Ukraine’s innovation-driven recovery.

The Ukrainian delegation included top executives and founders:
Daria Yaniieva (Sigma Software Group), Iaroslav Fisiuk (S-PRO USA),
Alex Fink (Swarmer), Jennifer Scocca (Colmatek), Kyle Rachau and Patrick Renteria (Eleks), Valerii Zarubin (BlueBird Tech), Felipé Campos (Organized Matter),and Aaron Mindel (Pegasus Aerospace). StrategEast was represented by Anatoly Motkin and Hanna Myshko.

Highlights of the visit included:

🎯 In-depth briefing at the National Defense University with faculty including Jeffrey Payne and Jackie Kerr

This visit is another step toward building strong transatlantic alliances that serve both economic and national security goals.

🇺🇦 Ukraine can become a vital force in the new global tech-security alliance between the U.S. and the Gulf.

Atlantic Council published Anatoly Motkin’s article on Ukraine’s strategic role in emerging US-Gulf tech alliance. In his piece, StrategEast President outlines how Ukraine’s battlefield-tested defense tech, cybersecurity expertise, and thriving software engineering sector position it as a key partner in shaping a more secure and innovative future.

He also points to Ukraine’s agritech potential to support Gulf food security and its post-war reconstruction as a testbed for next-gen infrastructure and clean energy solutions.
