Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in Washington, D.C. is marking two historic milestones — the 35th anniversary of Slovenian independence and the 250th anniversary of American independence — with a very special cultural program next week.

The evening opens with a fireside chat with Ronald M. Sega, former NASA astronaut 🚀 — followed by the opening of the exhibition DELAK :: "Hardly Noticeable Wave" and a live informance of DELAK::TANK by Slovenian director Aljosa Zivadinov Zupancic. Slovenian contemporary art, live, in the heart of D.C.
