When incumbents have a 90% win rate, a 10:1 fundraising advantage, and decades of name recognition, the "race" is over before it even starts.

This lopsided system prevents the very leaders and fresh voices our communities needs from even entering the race. Why would any skilled leader sacrifice a fortune and precious time with their family to run in a system that is completely rigged against them from the start.

It’s time to level the playing field and bring real choice back to the ballot box. Term limits ensure that elections are about ideas, solutions, and not just seniority and deep pockets.
