We are proud to kick off our national nonprofit organization awareness for Pride Month! First up, Advocates for Trans Equality (A4TE) tirelessly works for the legal and political rights of transgender people in America. A4TE was founded in 2024 as the National Center for Transgender Equality and Transgender Legal Defense and Education Fund, two long-time champions for the trans community, merged together as one organization. Happy Pride Month! Throughout June, we will be highlighting some national organizations that are supporting the LGBTQ+ community in various ways. In our research, we found a plethora of absolutely amazing local organizations, as well! If you are looking for resources, advocacy, legal assistance or other related services, we encourage you to search for nonprofits at both the national and local levels to find the right fit for your needs.
