Professional Fellows Program

U.S. State Department program implemented by American Councils for International Education

American Councils for International Education implements the Professional Fellows Program, which is sponsored by the U.S. Department of State's, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, Professional Fellows Division. We sponsor fellows from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Serbia, Türkiye, and Ukraine. Through professional exchange, we help fellows gain valuable connections and experience to bring with them to their home nation, while allowing US participants to gain from shared knowledge, innovation, and cultural lessons from the fellows.
