We asked our members one question at convention: what have you accomplished that you wouldn't have accomplished alone?

Eric Alderete answered with a program — HNBA/VIA PODER.

PODER exists on a simple premise: talent alone doesn't get you into a General Counsel seat. Access does. Executive coaching, sponsorship, a cohort of people a few steps ahead of you, and introductions to the people who actually make those hires.

That's what every HNBA leadership program is really for. When you're the only one in the room, the fastest way forward is a room full of people who've already been there. PODER, the IPLI, Puente, ELLA, LLA and more. Pick the one that fits where you are and get in it.

Watch Eric's answer, then give us yours. What have you accomplished that you wouldn't have accomplished alone?
