The Census Bureau admitted it never completed the procedures in the Constitution's 14th Amendment, Section 2. Citizens have a right to those procedures. Now, we're asking the Supreme Court to take our case.

States are supposed to lose representatives in the House if they infringe on voting rights. So far the Court has ignored that part of the 14th Amendment.

Every abridgment brings the United States closer to oligarchy.

Fewer people voting gives more power to the people who can vote. The rebel states used that principle for over a century and many of them are still doing it.

Yesterday, we took a giant step toward expanding voting rights to all U.S. citizens. If states don't let all their 18+ citizens vote, we're going to start taking their seats in the U.S. House of Representatives.
