Young people are our future, and the 2025 International CEE-Change Fellows are working to make sure they have the power to shape it.
đŚ Rebeca MartĂnezâs Community Action Project proposes creating a Community Youth Observatory Against Wildlife Trafficking and Invasive Species in Ecuador. The initiative will train and mobilize young people from rural areas and secondary cities as environmental defenders.
đ§ Ambreen Khanâs Youth-led Water and Biodiversity Hubs empower rural youth in India to lead action on water and biodiversity in their villages. Youth volunteers run sessions for children, farmers, and women, blending water understanding, usage, and simple water budgets with eco-literacy connecting plants, pollinators, and soil.
âď¸ Favour Eragbie engages young people ages 11 to 22 in Lagos, Nigeria through experiential learning on National Adaptation Plans (NAPs) for environmental policy development and integration, enabling them to understand how climate is affecting their country, what the government is doing, and how they can lead.
