What a great weekend! Troop Wanderlust hosted a GSCNC core camp “Camp Adventure”! We had 300 campers, 1200 meals, 9 Girl Scout badges, canoeing, archery, s’mores, campfires, skits, songs, ceremonies and lots of new friends. Thank you to the amazing 6 adults and 6 teen scouts that pulled off a fabulous event. We also want to thank the 3 teen scouts who volunteered to help us with badges and serving dinner Saturday.

School Day Out Camp 11/3/25. Camp Brighton Woods. Camp is from 8am - 5pm. Lunch and snack provided. $65.00 per camper.

School might be out for the day - but it is always a great day for camp! Join Troop Wanderlust if your school takes a day off. We will have crafts, camp skills, games, hiking, smores, and all the fun of summer camp for one full day.

Girl Scouts and their siblings K-5th grade are welcome to attend. Camp is held at Camp Brighton Woods in Brookeville, MD. We will have indoor activities in the case of bad weather. All campers will be sent a health history form and permission slip which must be submitted to Troop Wanderlust prior to arrival. Any food allergies must be noted on the health history form.

Are you ready for the new scouting and school year? Does school sometimes feel stressful and overwhelming?

Juniors and Cadettes join us to learn techniques and practices to prepare yourself both physically and mentally to handle anything life throws your way. You can learn to improve your physical and mental wellbeing through holistic exercises, stretching, art, yoga/breathing exercises, self-care and taking care of one's self/self perception, and identifying and working with your emotions. Work on your Competence, Confidence, Connection, Character and Caring by starting with you.

Brownies will cover the Resilient. Ready. Strong patch and the Me Time Badge (badges and patches not included)

Juniors will cover the Knowing My Emotions Patch and Uniquely Us badge (badges and patches not included)

Mental wellbeing sessions will be conducted by a licensed social worker.
