What happened to teaching your children about respecting their elders?

Let’s unpack this…

Proverbs 22:6 says: Train up a child in the way they should go and when they are old they will not depart from it.

Ephesians 6:1-3,: says children , obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right.

“Honor your father and mother,” which is the first commandment with promise: “that it may be well with you and you may live long on the earth.

News Flash—- there are consequences as a result of you not teaching your children about respect, honor and the way they should go.

Unfortunately, too many of our children are dying as a result of not honoring their parents.

Parents some of you don’t make it easy for them to respect you either because you don’t respect yourselves.

Stop provoking your children —-show them some love ❤️ Stop verbally and physically abusing them (cursing 🤬 them out and calling them out of their names ) because you are frustrated.

Your parents may not taught you anything about respecting your elders back in your day, but you are without excuse. There is a lot of information available for you to learn about parenting and teaching your children in the way they should go.

Today on this Good Friday while many are getting their messages together to preach the seven last words of Jesus— be mindful of the many children that are on Spring Break home alone and let’s pray for them.

Let’s pray that God will protect and cover them with his blood 🩸 that was shared on the Cross of Calvary.

Let’s pray that God will uncover, expose, and reveal every hidden agenda that is set up to destroy our children in the name of Jesus.

Let’s pray that parents will teach their children about Jesus as many are growing up not knowing God. As a result they are trapped in the social media Babylon. Let’s fight for their souls.

I decree and declare 🗣️that the power💪🏾 of darkness the prince, the power of the air, and the spirit of disobedience, that worked in their lies, is broken in Jesus Name
