📢 Now Scheduled: National Organic Standards Board (NOSB) OFA Workgroup

The fall NOSB virtual meeting is scheduled for October 27-29 2026, with the oral comment webinars on October 20 and 22. Farmers can have significant influence in these meetings and this is your chance to modify the organic regulations based on your needs and concerns.

Join us for the NOSB Workgroup to help OFA develop our public comment and prepare your own! The one hour zoom meetings are scheduled for 2pm ET.

The Strengthening Organic Enforcement Rule, implemented in March 2024, was designed to tighten supply chains, by increasing transparency along the supply chain, to reduce fraud in the organic system.

OFA, in partnership with Dr. Carolyn Dimitri from NYU, completed a survey earlier this year to collect farmers' views on SOE.

The Senate Agriculture Committee is planning to mark up "Farm Bill 2.0" soon. 👉 Take action today and send a message to your legislators and tell them to support American organic farmers.
