Hard to imagine finding joy at a funeral. Harder still if the departed friend was a Holocaust survivor. But that's what happened last week in saying farewell to my friend, Noach. A reminder of the power of joy in our work, our lives and our loves.

World Hope International, my current client, is saving lives with fresh water in Ft. Myers. We are partnering with Wesleyan Churches and World Hope International are bringing clean water to victims of Hurricane Ian to operate emergency desalination and water purification systems. Of course they do! So, you have an obligation, a mission-obligation, to look at whether you can serve them better by merging, sharing resources or otherwise combining with another organization. Do it soon and intermittently.
