Sending our best wishes to Lee Reeves and his family

BBBP sends our thoughts and prayers for Lee Reeves, one of our most engaged and celebrated alums, as he remains in the hospital following a knockout last week. Lee is a wonderful young man and an outstanding role model for the kids in our program and we wish him a full recovery. As an active member and ambassador for Limerick Treaty Su***de Prevention, Lee has also been a powerful advocate for positive mental health. We stand with Lee and his loved ones during this difficult time and hope they feel the strength and support of the entire BBBP community.

What a restorative time at camp. Community is our mantra, and putting in the time, sweat equity, and commitment is what drives us to help our young people reach their full potential.

It is with heavy hearts that we mourn the passing of Kevin James Murphy — a longtime friend and supporter of our mission.

Kevin believed in young people. He believed in community’s power to cross every boundary — and that belief made him a natural champion of everything BBBP stands for. We are grateful for the support he gave along the way.

Rest easy, Kevin.
