achelor's degree program, or your IT-related master's degree program, two summer internships (with stipends), professional development, and mentorship. After completing the program, you get an appointment (full-time position) in the Foreign Service as a Diplomatic Technology Officer (DTO). Based on the fundamental principle that diversity is a strength in our diplomatic efforts, the FAIT Fellowship program values varied backgrounds, including ethnic, gender, racial, social, and geographic diversity.
