Senate hearing with Senator Ron Johnson Dr. Hazan emphasized her 30+ years as a principal investigator, founding of ProgenaBiome (after uBiome’s collapse), and clinical observations from 61 trials. Key points:
• Pioneering work: First lab to document whole-genome sequencing of SARS-CoV-2 in patient stool (2021 Gut Pathogens paper, later retracted).
• Microbiome focus: Bifidobacterium depletion linked to severe COVID, vaccine effects, and diseases like cancer, autism, Alzheimer’s, etc. Restoration (via Vitamin C, bovine IgG, ivermectin) correlated with improvements (e.g., speech recovery in autistic twins).

Imagine not being able to publish data that shows how to increase bifidobacteria and what kills it. are a genus of Gram-positive, anaerobic, often Y- or V-shaped (bifid) bacteria that form a foundational component of the human gut microbiome.
They colonize the infant intestine early in life (especially via breast milk), dominate in healthy guts, and decline with age, antibiotics, poor diet, or disease states.
Key functions include fermenting dietary fibers into short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs), synthesizing B vitamins, strengthening the intestinal barrier, and modulating immune responses for anti-inflammatory and anti-pathogen effects.
Restoration of Bifidobacterium species is a central target in microbiome research for conditions ranging from autism and neurodegeneration to longevity and immune health.

We were not spreading misinformation.

The entire pandemic was a pandemic of lies and fraud. It’s time to call a spade a spade, — or you will lose those of us who remained in clinical trials for the right reasons: to advance medicine and deliver real cures.
