🌍 Looking Back | 2nd Annual Forum — IMF & World Bank Annual Meetings 2024 | Washington D.C.

On the sidelines of the 2024 IMF and World Bank Annual Meetings in Washington D.C., PAWILF convened its 2nd Annual Forum under the theme:
"African Women Driving Policy in Agriculture, Finance, and Digitalization"

This high-level forum brought together women leaders, policymakers, economists, and decision-makers from across Africa and the global stage to explore how African women can drive transformative policy in three critical sectors:

🔹 Digitalization, Finance & Infrastructure as tools to empower women
🔹 Agriculture & Trade — closing the gender gap in productivity and access
🔹 Financial inclusion — mobilizing climate finance for women-led initiatives

The forum was convened in partnership with the IMF, Shekina Invest, Maap, and IC Publications.
