🗽💜 NYC STOP #1: LADY LIBERTY!

After hitting the road bright and early from DC, our Girls in Motion: STEM From Dance crew officially touched down in New York City—and the excitement was REAL!

First stop: Battery Park, where the girls got their first glimpse of Lady Liberty herself. 🗽✨

There’s something special about watching young people experience a new place together. The pictures, the laughter, the excitement, the “LOOK AT THAT!” moments…this is exactly why we believe exposure and experiences matter.

And because no NYC adventure goes exactly according to plan, somewhere along the way Hello Kitty and Miffy entered the chat. 😂 Of course, the girls HAD to stop for pictures. Because…priorities! 📸

Yes, we traveled to New York to experience the STEM From Dance Annual Showcase, but the day was about so much more than the destination. We wanted our girls to see, experience, explore, laugh, learn, and create memories together.

And we were JUST getting started. 💜

Learning happens everywhere and our campers experienced just that! 💜

On Day 4, our Girls in Motion campers explored the National Air and Space Museum, where they discovered the incredible world of aviation, space exploration, and innovation. 🚀✈️

Then on Day 5, they traded museum halls for the skating rink, building confidence, encouraging one another, and making unforgettable memories on wheels. 🛼✨

From exploring history and STEM to having fun through movement and teamwork, every day at Girls in Motion is an opportunity to learn, grow, and shine.
