In our final More Than a Game story, our juniors share how golf has helped them slow down, stay focused, and care for their mental wellbeing.

Through moments of mindfulness on the course, they’ve learned how to manage stress, reset after challenges, and stay present. This video brings their voices together to show how golf supports mental health in meaningful, lasting ways.
