It’s your last chance to meet us at Fresh Cup!

We’re coming out for one last get together. Come on out to meet other parents and get to know all of us at EPSA. It’s a way to get out of the cold, and best of all, it’s free! ✨

Today is the last day of our group in the valley. It’s hard to believe that it’s already been eight weeks! Time flies when you’re having fun. 🙃

Together we’ve talked about feeding, sleeping, emotional changes, family dynamics and more. Each person brings something unique to the table - it’s wonderful to see relationships form and to see the willingness to share grow as the weeks pass.

Keep an eye out for upcoming sessions in the valley and Anchorage so you can join the conversation, too!

Our fall Valley group made the sweetest hand impressions to remember just how small their babies were during this short time. 🍂🍁

It’s really amazing to see how much everyone changes in eight weeks. They open their eyes more, hold their heads up higher and really become aware of their surroundings. We at EPSA are so honored to be a part of your parenting journey and truly love spending time with each and every one of you! ✨

Just a few spots left in our next Valley EPSA group, which starts Wed., Sept. 11 from 3-5 PM with facilitator Elise Giordano! It's good for babies and great for parents and caregivers.

If you or someone you know in the Valley recently had a baby and would like to build their community of support and meet other new parents, let them know. As one recent participant said, "I made connections I didn't know I needed!"

We wanted to give a huge thank you to for hosting our first EPSA hangout this weekend. They were so welcoming and helpful in providing a fun space for families to meet one another and learn more about what we do.

And we had so much fun! Parents from past groups were reunited, parents of future groups were brought into the fold, and some were introduced to Fresh Cup for the first time.

We’re so grateful for all who spent the morning with us, and if you weren’t able to make it, not to worry! We’re doing it again on Sept. 14! 🎉🎊
