When an elderly customer fractured his hip while walking to his mailbox, Fort Myers, FL Branch 2072 member Daniel Rams didn't hesitate to call for help. As a result of his quick action, paramedics arrived promptly and the man received the care he needed. Thanks for your heroism and service to your community, Brother Rams!
