🛠️ We had an amazing time The Big Build at the National Building Museum! From mixing concrete to operating mini cranes, our families got a free book and hands-on experiences with so many incredible building activities 🏗️

Our Big Build Bingo was a huge hit! Kids checked off activities as they explored, learned and built together! 🎉

A big thank you to for hosting such a inspiring (and super fun!) day of STEM learning and creativity. ✨

It was a great week supporting our families Lee Montessori, Kelly Miller Middle School, and Van Ness Elementary! Although we are the ones facilitating the workshops, a highlight for us is hearing parents share their insights, lived experience, and tips with one another. In this way, every parent is also a teacher and we are grateful to learn in community 🤲🏽💙

The Turning the Page team had a blast meeting meeting our families for the first community night and parent workshop of the year! Each family walked away with free books, bilingual literacy strategies, a custom reading routine, and a take home mini “bookcase” decorated by their child! 📚💫
