Thank you, Martha's Table for helping us Plant Love in the Hearts 💚 that need it most!

No one understands Ward 8 better than those who live and work here. That's why we're proud to support local leaders through the Community Impact Fund—an initiative that invests in community-driven solutions, builds organizational strength, and expands resources where they're needed most.

The Community Impact Fund, in partnership with the Greater Washington Community Foundation and the Center for Nonprofit Advancement, is dedicated to uplifting Ward 8 nonprofits. This grant program supports their growth, equips them with essential tools, and amplifies their incredible work.

We're thrilled to share our newest cohort of Community Impact Fund grantees:

We are very excited to launch our Church Beautification Project in support of Paramount Baptist Church: a community congregation that has been dedicated for decades to serving neighbors in need in Southeast District of Columbia and beyond.

Stay tuned as we launch several Beautification Days to beautify their landscaping, renovate their Child Care Center, and give a new look to their Sanctuary.

Our program hires and at-risk young interns and trains them in the Construction Trades as they work to Beautify impactful community churches.

We thank our Lord Jesus Christ for the generous and , including Melwood Construction Company for making this work possible!

Congratulations to our first Cohort of Graduates of our Youth Shelter Culinary Beautification Program!

Over 12 weeks this small but mighty team of youth turned a little bit of Intention and Faith into #5000 servings of food (with leftovers 🙏) to fellow at-risk and homeless youth.

We appreciate their help to and they truly Fed the 5000.

We are so proud of them and look forward to continued programming.

Pictures incoming of our Interns' Beautification of the Kitchen!!

We are sending this urgent request for your help :). As you may know, Mint Project, Inc. was launched 3 years ago to create refreshing opportunities to Plant Love 💚✝️ in the hearts that need it most.

And with love and support from many volunteers we have:

🥖Handed over 2000 servings to homeless men and women

🤝Hired over 60 homeless and at-risk youth as Interns

👚Clothed ages 5-55+ through our programs

We are, however, behind on our end of the year fundraising Goals.

We are proud to say that at least 90% of our donations goes towards our programming to "Feed the Hungry, Give Drink to the Thirsty, and Clothe Those in Need" (We rely upon outside grants to pay our staff). Our Homeless Youth Interns count on donations like these to be able to receive their living stipends. It's true that we have hired over 60 youth-- We hope we can do more!

Last year's end-of-the-year giving funded over 10 youth to receive paid internships with Mint Project to help turn their lives around.

Can you help us reach our 2023 goals? Any amount is so helpful!
