Anyone, regardless of citizenship or immigration status - may be eligible for immediate life saving and life sustaining resources. Long term recovery resources are generally limited to U.S. Citizens and qualified non-citizens. And if someone has a U.S. Citizen or qualified non-citizen in their household, the rest of the house may be eligible for long term recovery resources regardless of the rest of the households’ citizenship or immigration status.
