This is our statement of struggle to all comrades, far and wide, within the borders of, and beyond the borders of, the capitalist-imperialist United States.

"Morgan Properties is the largest slumlord in America, and donates extensively to imperialist and fascist causes. The events we are going to describe should not be understood as being in any way unique. In our community of West Side, Alexandria, they have waged a campaign of racist, corrupt and blatantly illegal harassment against the People.
Our (FTP-DC)’s current struggle has been going on for some time against Morgan Properties, but now comes to the forefront. On September 30th, agents of Morgan Properties issued an eviction demand to a collective of red activists from an apartment which they had rented. Morgan Properties did this after illegally invading their apartment twice, lying to the activists, and filing a false police report alleging that one of the red activists drew a gun on Morgan Property’s agents after they broke into his home on September 29th, and brandished a machete at them after they broke into his home on September 30th. The activist in question does not own or have access to either.
This is not a unique event. The comrades operating in this community are fully aware that the people here are being bullied, threatened, and silenced through criminal and coercive means. The people have been very open about this to our comrades, and have, at times, organized themselves into demonstrations, and on one occasion, a red rent strike. This community is overwhelmingly non-white, and non-English speaking, and Morgan Properties has shown that, time and time again, they will trample the rights of non-white and non-English speaking peoples, and conceal from them the information they can use to defend themselves. For months now, an alliance of revolutionary socialists in the community have been consolidating forces to prepare for struggle against the neo-feudalist, imperialist, and racist homunculus that is Morgan Properties. For The People, and this coalition of local socialist allies will not be intimidated, and will continue to support the people in their efforts to organize themselves and agitate against the headquarters of reaction in our community."

ALERTA ALERTA, CALL TO ACTION!
We are asking for every person who cares about housing rights to call the Leasing Office of Morgan Properties' Bennington Crossings Apt Homes, and their corporate lawyer ALL DAY on Monday, oct 4th, particularly around from 11 AM to 9 PM. (Suggested wording below)
This is a call for a phone blitz to defend a local socialist activist house!
Please call the leasing office on Monday at (703) 354-0911 and their corporate attorney at (240) 507-1700, and ask them to stop this campaign of harassment, drop their false statements and acknowledge that these events did not transpire and their termination of the lease was invalid.
We are suggesting that you call, and say the following, on Saturday, Oct 2nd, and Monday, oct 4th.
"Hello, I am calling to demand that you cease your campaign of harassment against tenants at Bennington Crossings, and withdraw your false claims that Nathaniel Acharya threatened anyone with a firearm or a machete. He does not nor has he ever owned a firearm, or a machete. We are asking that you admit that your termination of his lease was made under false pretenses, and withdraw your falsely filed police report as well. Tenants have rights, and your eviction is illegal and based upon lies."

Call To Action!

Do you hate racist, lying landlords? Well let me tell you about Morgan Properties, one of the largest slum lords in the United States. On the 29th and 30th of September, contractors broke into a local activist's apartment to start unnecessary renovations. He (The activist) specifically told them “These are not necessary repairs” and to leave and that they have no right to enter this apartment without proper notice. On the September 30th, he received a letter claiming that he pulled a machete on them that same day, and the previous day had pulled a gun threatening the contractors. This is entirely a racist lie. This person does not own either a machete or a gun.

They think they can get away with a campaign of harassment, intimidation, and criminalization of brown identity. They probably have before, with their primarily Latino and Arab residents, who don’t know how or can’t afford to fight back. This tenant wants to fight back. How can you help?

1: If you’re not in the DC-NOVA area, call the leasing office at (703) 354-0911 the prosecuting (and corrupt) attorney at (240) 507-1700, and ask them to stop this campaign of harassment, drop their false statements and acknowledge that these events did not transpire and their termination of the lease was invalid.

2: If you’re in the DC-MD-VA area, come to our rally in defense of tenants’ rights on Monday, oct 4th, from 12 to 4 PM at Bennington Crossings, 441 N Armistead St, Alexandria VA

3: Share, comment and like this video/article, spreading it to any tenants’ rights orgs, leftist orgs, or any other places to garner support. We need your help! Don’t let the slumlords win!

Splittism is the tendency of a faction to 'split' into sub-factions, all usually in conflict with one another. This usually comes from petty personal squabbles and comrades falling out of comradely behavior into the bourgeois mindset that puts grievances and personal analysis above the analysis of the collective. Splittism is dumb and stupid. Unite, don't split.
This is the very reason that our class doesn't have a party to guide us. Don't split. Unite, against all odds, fighting on until your hands are bloody with effort and your feet skinned with walking, and rebuild the Communist Party, out of the fires of the struggle against class and colonization.

The past decade has seen a rapid growth in new and a few previously existing Leftist organizations across North America, matched almost tit for tat by splits within and the dissolution of said Left…
