At First Tee, our Life Skills Curriculum helps young people become Game Changers through our Five Key Commitments: Pursuing Goals, Growing Through Challenge, Collaborating with Others, Building Positive Self-Identity, and Using Good Judgment.

Today we’re focusing on Growing Through Challenge using tools to help participants navigate challenges, learn from setbacks, and keep moving forward.

By embracing challenges and learning from both successes and setbacks, young people build resilience and confidence that carries far beyond the course.
