Some leaders leave their mark by achieving historic firsts. Others create lasting change by expanding what future generations believe is possible. Geisha Williams has done both.

At this year's HACR Symposium & Inclusión Gala, HACR is proud to welcome Geisha Williams into the HACR Inclusión Hall of Fame Class of 2026 in recognition of her extraordinary contributions to business leadership and her trailblazing career in the energy industry.

Born in Cuba and raised in the United State, Geisha's journey embodies determination, perseverance, and the power of opportunity. Over the course of more than three decades in the energy sector, she rose through the ranks from engineer to executive, ultimately becoming the first Latina to serve as CEO of a Fortune 500 company when she was named President and CEO of PG&E Corporation.

Throughout her career, Geisha championed innovation, workforce development, and operational excellence while helping guide one of the nation's largest utility companies through a period of significant transformation. Her leadership demonstrated that excellence and inclusion are not competing priorities but powerful drivers of long-term success.
Beyond the boardroom, Geisha has continued to influence the future through service on corporate, nonprofit, and policy-focused boards, using her expertise and experience to help shape industries, strengthen institutions, and inspire emerging leaders.

For decades, Frank P. Ros has demonstrated what it means to lead with purpose, build bridges, and create lasting opportunities in Corporate America and beyond. This year, HACR is proud to recognize that legacy by inducting him into the HACR Inclusión Hall of Fame Class of 2026 during the HACR Symposium & Inclusión Gala.

As the longtime Vice President of Hispanic Strategies at The Coca-Cola Company (1995-2015), Frank led efforts that elevated the company's commitment to Hispanic inclusion and corporate citizenship, earning national recognition for innovative programs and impactful community engagement. Through his leadership, he helped shape how corporations engage with and invest in Latino communities.

Frank's impact also extends deeply to HACR. He went above and beyond in service to the organization, serving as chair and champion of HACR's Endowment Campaign, which raised critical funds to support HACR's executive leadership programs and strengthen opportunities for future generations of Hispanic leaders.

Throughout his career, Frank has dedicated his leadership to advancing educational opportunity, civic engagement, economic growth, and the development of future leaders through service with numerous national and regional organizations. His commitment to strengthening representation and empowering communities has left an enduring mark on generations of leaders.
