HACR recognizes LGBTQ+ Pride Month by honoring the stories, achievements, and advocacy that have shaped a more inclusive future. This month and beyond, we support spaces where every person can show up fully and be valued.

We recognize that intersectionality is key to fostering true inclusivity. As we embrace our multifaceted identities, we understand the importance of amplifying diverse voices and experiences in every sector, including Corporate America.

The future of work is already here, and it’s being shaped by people, not just technology.

Hot off the press and coming out of our HACR EDGE program in Las Vegas, we’re proud to release our latest white paper, “Reinventing for Human Advantage: Why People, Not Technology, Will Define the Future of Work.” This paper explores how organizations can navigate rapid AI adoption, close critical skills gaps, and rethink where and how work happens—while keeping human capability, leadership, and connection at the center.

From the growing importance of power skills to the strategic role of ERGs in driving innovation and adaptability, this paper offers practical insights for leaders looking to move forward with intention.

May is Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Heritage Month—a time to recognize the history, cultures, and contributions that have shaped communities across the United States.

At HACR, we also recognize that our communities are deeply connected. Today, nearly 900,000 people in the U.S. identify as both Latino and AANHPI, a number that has more than doubled in the past two decades—a reminder that identity is not one-dimensional.

That intersection matters. It reflects families, cultures, and experiences that bring people together in ways that strengthen our collective future.

This month, we stand alongside AANHPI communities in celebrating their impact across every field—from public service and business to science, culture, and community leadership.

And we remain committed to fostering connections across communities—because progress is strongest when it is shared.

🎉 Today, we celebrate a major milestone: 40 years of HACR.

Since 1986, HACR has been committed to advancing inclusion in Corporate America by turning intention into action. Through our four pillars of employment, impact sourcing, governance, and philanthropy, HACR has worked alongside corporate leaders to help build workplaces and institutions that reflect the communities shaping our economy.

Over four decades, this mission has been carried forward by an extraordinary network of leaders, CEOs, executives, corporate partners, alumni, and advocates. Their commitment has helped strengthen pathways to leadership, influence, and opportunity for generations to come.

As we mark this anniversary, we honor the progress made and recommit to the work ahead. HACR’s focus remains clear: advancing inclusion, expanding opportunity, and ensuring leadership reflects the full talent and potential of our communities.

We invite you to join us in celebrating 40 years of HACR at our upcoming events:

🔹 34th Annual HACR Symposium & Inclusión Gala, October 19–21, at the New York Marriott Marquis, Times Square
