The First National Bank & Trust Company of Newtown, Washington Crossing Branch, an UMBA member and long-time sponsor of the RevRun, are selling tickets for a Disney Vacation worth $10,000 to support the Upper Makefield Police Association , Upper Makefield Fire Company and the Friends of Washington Crossing Park.

This is being raffled off on September 12th, and there are only (!!!) 500 tickets being sold. Stop by the First National Bank of Newtown Washington Crossing Branch to purchase your ticket(s). Tickets are $50.00 each. Travel is to ANYWHERE in the world that DISNEY has a resort...this is not just for Disney World/Land/Paris parks. So, Singapore, Japan, France, Hawaii, etc. I **Special note...the $10,000 does not have to be used in one trip...you can use it in different trips, so the winner won't lose out.

Love this post from The First National Bank & Trust Company of Newtown. Thank you for being such a great and consistent sponsor for the RevRun and such an important part of our community! We had close to 1,600 runners and had a great real community event at the Washington Crossing Historic Park. We are looking forward to next year’s RevRun.

Earlier this month, runners and their families gathered at Washington Crossing State Park for the UMBA RevRun — a fitting way to mark the USA's 250th birthday, even with the heat pushing everyone to the brink. Our tent was stocked with water and goodies for the racers, and we went through every drop keeping people cool.

One moment stood out: Alden Thorndike ran his first RevRun back in 1983, at just 13 years old. He still has the shirt from that race — and if you look closely at the back, The First is the only named sponsor on it. Over 40 years later, we're proud to still be showing up for this community.

Congratulations to everyone who crossed the finish line!
