--Join us on Sundays at 10:00 am for a 45 -minute gentle yoga session at Narrow Ridge's Mac Smith Resource Center (1936 Liberty Hill Rd, Washburn). Sunday yoga sessions are suitable for individuals who are seeking a gentle pace and focuses on improving flexibility, strength, and balance. Yoga sessions are currently led by community members who are not certified yoga instructors.
--We invite you join us each Sunday morning for silent meditation at Narrow Ridge's Mac Smith Resource Center, 1936 Liberty Hill Rd, Washburn, TN. Participants may choose sitting or walking meditation. A reading is shared each week by a different community member. This event is open to people of all faith perspectives as well as those who do not identify with a particular faith tradition.
--Join us on Global Big Day (see details below) , Saturday, May 9th at 9:00 am for a leisurely walk around Narrow Ridge land as we check in on our feathered neighbors who have been singing the arrival of spring. Our Bird Walk will be led by Narrow Ridge staff member, Peter Green, who welcomes the sharing of information by participants about the birds that are seen or heard on our walk. We will meet at Narrow Ridge's Mac Smith Resource Center (1936 Liberty Hill Rd., Washburn, TN). Wear good walking shoes and bring your water bottle and binoculars if you have them. Bring a sack lunch if you would like to stick around for a noon picnic on Narrow Ridge's scenic Inspiration Point.
Please leave your pets at home. Donations are welcomed and appreciated but not required for this event.

--Narrow Ridge invites friends and neighbors to join us on Saturday, May 23rd as we remember loved ones who have died in a wildflower seed sowing ceremony in our Wildflower Memorial Garden. We will meet at 3:00 p.m. at our Mac Smith Resource Center and journey from there to the wildflower garden. During the ceremony we will sow wildflower seeds in honor of loved ones in whose name memorial donations have been made to Narrow Ridge. Additionally, we invite all who attend to sow wildflower seeds in memory of their own deceased loved ones. We welcome folks to visit our Wildflower Memorial Garden throughout the year as well.
--Join us at 5:30 pm at Narrow Ridge’s Strawbale Lodge (375 New Harvest Rd, Washburn) for our community potluck in which guests are invited to bring a dish to share. This is a family friendly, alcohol-free event.
