Mission Statement
Sober Clothing Junction is a non-profit organization which was founded in 2013 by a group of people who believe in helping those who have been struggling with, or are on the road to recovery from addiction. We at SCJ believe that sobriety is a gift that is obtainable by anyone who is struggling with this disease. Addiction does not only affect the user it can affect their familie
s, friends, and the many others who are in the fight for recovery with them. That is why our center not only focuses on the information for all types of recovery (AA,NA,SMART,AWOL). We also offer legal advice through our network of specialized attorney’s, job skill training, resume construction, or just a friendly ear to someone who is in need. We are not affiliated with any religious, corporate, or special interest groups but are part of a collective group of recovering and grateful professionals that have also been touched by this disease. All of us here at SCJ feel that no one should feel alone, embarrassed, or shameful of this disease. There are many others just like you and we are committed to helping anyone who is in search of the gift of sobriety. While we respect an individual’s anonymity, we are not afraid to be known as grateful recovering addict and alcoholics. This disease can be crippling and even fatal so make no mistake that sobriety is a gift and we can help you to obtain it. We stand proudly in our sobriety. SCJ donates 100% of our merchandise profit and private donations to our centers education, research, and other outreach programs that assist those in the need of recovery. With these charitable donations, we are able to help all suffering and recovering alcoholics and addicts achieve the gift of becoming and staying sober.
