We will never forget

Tomorrow is Primary Day; for many of us, it is considered the actual election. Every election is important, but we ask that you support those who support us. Please remember to vote, and don't forget: if you are unaffiliated, you can vote in either primary and remain unaffiliated. You no longer need to disaffiliate after voting.

One candidate for Attorney General is claiming he “stopped police from becoming ice.” We have no idea what this means or how he, single handedly, could have possibly done this.

This is deceptive, and we don’t need deception at the Office of Attorney General. We need strong partners who value our hard work and stand with us to keep Rhode Islanders safe.

We will be posting our endorsed candidates shortly. Support those who support us.

Grateful that our Newport Lodge 8 brother shot this morning is expected to make a full recovery, and no other officers or civilians were injured during this senseless act of gun violence.

Happy Father’s Day to all of the dads out there, especially those who are working today and away from their families. Thank you for your inspiration and courage!

National Police Week begins today.

While we recognize this solemn week of remembrance and sacrifice, we wish all of the Mothers who have lost children in the line of duty; all Mothers who are active and serving, particularly at this very moment; and all of those who offer support and guidance to the millions of worldwide law enforcement, an enjoyable special day. Thank you for all you do for us!
