A full room, lively conversation, and colleagues who care about the future of our profession.

Our Northern Component Meeting was an engaging evening of important updates, thoughtful questions, and open discussion. RIDA Vice President Dr. David Ward served as emcee, with updates from President Dr. Nima Behazin and Governmental Affairs Co-Chairs Dr. Andy Gazerro and Dr. Fred Hartman.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to the conversation. There’s still nothing quite like getting together around a table. We hope to see you on November 4 at the first of our RIDA CE Series: check our schedule at: www.ridental.org !

This lecture will provide an in-depth look at how digital dentistry is transforming clinical practice and enabling highly predictable esthetic outcomes. Participants will explore the integration of state-of-the-art digital tools across all phases of treatment planning and execution—from diagnostics and facially driven mock-ups to long-term provisional and definitive restorations. The session will highlight the latest updates on restorative materials, CAD/CAM workflows, and evidence-based clinical techniques that optimize treatment time, enhance precision, and improve patient satisfaction. Special attention will be given to achieving harmony between restorative design, soft tissue response, and long-term function, ensuring that clinicians leave with practical strategies they can implement immediately in their daily practice.

A nor’easter couldn’t stop us from representing our members! RIDA gathered in Nashua today for the annual ADA District 1 Caucus, chaired by our beloved Dr. Steve Brown.

ADA Delegate Dr. Paul Calitri and our President Dr. Nima Behazian led the RI delegation today and coming up at the HOD in October.

We’re proud to work on behalf of our members and patients through rain 🌧️, shine ☀️, storms 🌪️, and heat 🔥.
