I had been contacted yesterday regarding the 1 yr. “to the day” anniversary of the passing of another Class of 79’ alumni brother… Robert Johnson. Seems like these are more frequent these days unfortunately, and apologize for this to be just coming to our attention. On behalf of the Pilgrim’s Class of 79’, we extend our heartfelt condolences to Bob’s family & friends and hope fond memories of better times help you through the rough days.

It is with great sadness that we found out another of our dear classmates has passed away . Mary-Ann McGinnes passed away March 16 of this year. She is remembered as a kind and sweet soul. Rest in peace Mary Anne🙏😔

Hello Pilgrim family, we recently learned and very sad to share that we’ve lost another Class of 79’ alumni. Barry Blackinton, a friend to many, passed away on January 25, 2023. Our sincere, heartfelt condolences go out to Barry’s wife Jodi, son Barry as well as his family & friends….Rest In Peace brother. 😔

Barry was born on August 28th, 1961 and passed away on January 25th, 2023 at the age of 61

Folks, I’m sorry to have to once again share that our Pilgrim Class of 79' family has sadly lost a good friend & classmate. Our sincere, heartfelt condolences go out to Barry Mulvey’s family & long list of friends.

Rest easy brother knowing how much you were loved and how very much you will be missed by us all. 😔

Services will be held this Friday, April 1, 2022 at the Gordon-Menard Funeral Home in Coventry, RI. Visiting hours are from 1-3pm, (see link below)

The years move on for all of us and with time these posts sadly become more frequent. Unfortunately, we must share that Pilgrim's Class of 79' has lost yet another classmate....Kenneth R Crabtree. Our sincere, heartfelt condolences go out to Kenny's family & friends. May he rest in peace knowing how much he was loved and how very much he will be missed....Rest easy brother! 😔

It had recently come to our attention that we lost a member of our Class of 79’ family last summer. Debra Howson passed last July in Westerly, RI. She was an attorney and labor law advocate for many under served as well as one who enjoyed volunteering her time for organizations like the League of Women Voters and Westerly Library. On behalf of our group, we extend our heartfelt condolences to Deb's family & friends….Rest In Peace sister 😔
