🔧 Top Hydration Items for Linemen in the Heat:

💧 1. Water (Cold & Plenty of It)

Start hydrating before your shift
Aim for 1 cup every 15-20 minutes in the heat

⚡ 2. Electrolyte Packets or Tablets

Brands: Liquid I.V., LMNT, DripDrop, Nuun
Helps replenish sodium, potassium, and magnesium lost through sweat

🧃 3. Coconut Water

Natural electrolytes
Low sugar, easy on the stomach

🥤 4. Low-Sugar Sports Drinks
