May Igoe, OSHEAN's Support Engineer, brings a unique and inspiring journey of resilience and growth to the team. Originally from the Dominican Republic, May moved to the United States six years ago. During the pandemic, she stepped up as a nurse assistant to address the critical shortage of medical personnel, demonstrating her commitment to service and community.

In late 2023, as the world returned to a sense of normalcy, May embarked on a new chapter, pursuing a career in IT with a focus on cybersecurity and networking. Currently studying at the Community College of Rhode Island (CCRI) and set to graduate in the spring, May also serves as Vice President of CCRI's Cybersecurity Club. She is dedicated to applying her learnings and acquiring new skills in her role as a Support Engineer at OSHEAN, contributing to the organization's mission with enthusiasm and determination.
