Position:
Executive Assistant to the CEO
• Part time (4-8 hours/week) flexible schedule
• Primarily remote (high-speed internet service required)
• Ongoing, typically brief, in-office meetings

Mission:

Key Responsibilities/Duties:
• Provides administrative and communications support to the CEO.
• Work closely with CEO to ensure accurate and efficient communication and logistical coordination with the board members, the leadership team, and CEO Council member communications.
Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum five years of C-suite executive assistance experience.
• Comfortable working with CEOs of all size organizations
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to successfully multi-task with multiple priorities.
• Comfortable with sensitive and confidential information and communication protocols.
• Confidence in verbal and written communication and self-expression.
• Very detail oriented
• Natural organizer
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Zoom.
• General familiarity with popular social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, You Tube, etc.
• Team player with exceptional collaboration, interpersonal communication, flexibility, positive attitude, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience & comfort in working with CEOs (critically important)
• Marketing & Communications experience a big plus
Compensation:
• TBD—based on candidate’s experience & capabilities
• Increased compensation based on performance
