Don't Forget that Saturday is only a couple of days away and we have GREAT Venders. Come and shop and have a Hot Dog to support our Auxiliary and our Scholarship Program.
Need a Dessert we have some great ones to take home!

The American Legion Auxiliary Unit 64 in cooperation with the Tappahannock Warsaw Moose will be having a dinner for Veterans to honor Vietnam Veterans Day. The dinner will be served on Sunday, March 29, 2026 at 5:00 pm at the Tappahannock Warsaw Moose Lodge. It is free for Veterans, but all others are asked for a $10.00 donation. The donations will go to the Richmond VAMC.

The VWF proudly joins a grateful nation in celebrating the U.S. Marine Corps 250th Birthday, honoring 250 years of distinguished service, unwavering sacrifice and the enduring legacy of the world’s premier expeditionary fighting force.

St. John’s Episcopal Church, located on Richmond Road in Warsaw, will host an official Wreaths Across America wreath-laying ceremony on Saturday, December 13, beginning at 10 a.m. in the church parking lot. This local event, sponsored by the Rappahannock Committee of the National Society of the Colonial Dames of America, is one of 4,900 locations across the country.

We will be remembering and honoring the 50 veterans laid to rest in St. John’s Cemetery by laying a wreath on each gravesite.

Each wreath is $17 and we are asking for donations as well as volunteers to help us lay the wreaths on that day. Each grave will be marked by an American flag to help make the process go smoothly.

If any of the VFW members would like to volunteer or donate to this cause, we would be so honored to have you participate in this event.
We need to have all donations and names of volunteers by December 1.
