Every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive.

For children navigating abuse or neglect cases, changes at home can also affect their experience at school. CASA volunteers work with teachers, school officials, caregivers, caseworkers, and others to better understand each child's needs and make sure important educational concerns don't get overlooked.

A CASA, or Court Appointed Special Advocate, is a trained community volunteer who advocates for a child involved in the court system due to abuse or neglect.

Children in foster care often face uncertainty, major life changes, and a long court process. Throughout that journey, a CASA volunteer provides something every child deserves: a consistent advocate focused on their best interests.

CASA volunteers build relationships with children, gather information about their needs, and help judges make informed decisions that support their safety, stability, and future.
