Friday Oct 24 - Senior Night!

Dinner 4:30. Senior gifts/speeches 5 pm. All seniors & parents line up 6:10 end zone of field. If rainy another plan will be posted.

Dinner is pulled pork sandwiches & other items courtesy of Koenig family. Ty John & Joanne doing this as you do every year!

Rada fundraising has started. Happy selling!

Friday (Oct 10) home game:
Dinner 5 pm. We will be serving bbq meatballs/rolls/mac&cheese/veggies/dessert. All items are covered.

Saturday (Oct 11) - Odessa:
Please ensure your student eats prior or brings lunch. Boosters will provide grab bags to take on bus ride with food/premade snacks. We will have additional items at Odessa but not serving a full meal.

Sat (Oct 4) Schedule:

Smith-Cotton High School (Sedalia)

Bus will leave WHS at 6:30am.
Perform at 9:45am. Awards at 4:15ish

Lunch will be Taco/Nacho bar. Meat (beef/chicken) will be provided by boosters. Asking for donations on Gatorade, taco fixings (lettuce/tomato, onion, sour cream, salsa, shredded & nacho cheese etc), tortilla chips, fruit/dessert.

Friday (Sept 26) band dinner for home football game will be pizza provided by Band Boosters.

Any donations for paper plates, dessert, fruit and water/gatorade greatly appreciated!

Carl Junction Marching Festival is next Saturday (Sept 20). We do need help if anyone can attend/help out. Departure time is 7:30 am at school.

Menu will be sandwiches/pinwheels & other sides. Mostly will be refrigerated items on cooler & other snacks etc.

If anyone can help provide food/water/gatorade greatly appreciated. Pls comment on this post or DM me with questions etc.

It’s another home game Friday (Sep 5th)!

Setup for dinner will be 5 pm (location will be posted once confirmed)

Joanne & Kim will provide Sloppy Joes + Mac & Cheese.

Hamburger buns/additional side dish/fruit/dessert requested. Also paper/styrofoam cups would be appreciated for the band kids for their water in stands during game.

Hope everyone had a great first week back!

This Friday (Aug 29) we will be providing dinner for the band as it is a home football game! Looking for help on anyone wanting to provide (anything not on menu is welcome as well)

Setup will be 5 pm. Once confirmation is received on location within school it will be posted 😊
