The Medartis APTUS Distal Radius System 2.5 includes simple, color-coded instrumentation. It has one screwdriver handle, one drill bit and two different colored screws which means you don’t have to change multiple drill bits. It’s very simple to grab the handle, open the one purple drill bit, and then ask your scrub team for blue or yellow screws. This comes in especially handy when working with new or different teams and hospitals.
