Our next volunteer training will be held on October 20th at the Gallatin County Lower Elementary Cafeteria!

Today in Kentucky is “Give Like Dolly Day”! Support your local Dolly Parton Imagination Library to keep Dolly’s legacy alive! We currently have over 365 children in Gallatin County enrolled who receive books monthly. Funds are diminishing and we need your help!

Please consider giving like Dolly today or in the days to come.

Reminder: applications are due in less than a Month!! If you have received an application, please return it as quickly as possible. If you need an application, please contact us this week so you have plenty of time to fill it out and return it. 

If you would wish to sponsor a child or a family, please contact us. We have many sponsorship spots available and are in need of more sponsors. 

Gallatin County Community Christmas Assistance Applications and requests for Sponsorships have been released TODAY, 9/1/2026!

If you, your business or organization would like to sponsor a child, multiple children, a family or multiple families please call us, 859-567-7644 or email one of us.

If you are in need of Christmas Assistance and you live in Gallatin County and have students/children age 18 and under that are enrolled (or will attend) Gallatin County Schools please contact us through the means listed above as well. If your family meets criteria we will send you an application.

Do not hesitate! Christmas assistance applications are due October 20 and no applications will be accepted after October 30th.

Sponsors will be assigned the first week of November.

Sparta Baptist Church Food Pantry will be available Wednesday, Sept. 23rd 5:00-6:30 PM. We have several new items available: butter, cheese, gelato, peaches, chicken legs, corn flakes, and carrots. We look forward to serving you! 🙂

The Wildcat Market will be having a food giveaway this Friday, September 18th from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. If you are unable to pickup during this time please call us to schedule a time to pickup. This is for anyone who has a student In the school district. Pickup will be at the Wildcat Market on the side of the high school closest to subway at the two blue double doors that says wildcat market on it.
