Thankful that my 5th grade class helped me bring more happiness to foster children. When I dropped off the sweatshirts I was able to see the whole closet of items for foster kids to pick from when they are removed from their houses. It was sad but also made me happy to see how much the foster care closet does to help the kids and to know that a little extra help from others like us can go a long way.
To say we are impressed by this girl is an understatement! Brinley is a 5th grader at Jamison Elementary. She ran a sweatshirt drive for Fostering Hope Bucks and her class came through HUGE! They collected 35 sweatshirts and even purchased additional storage totes that were needed!
Our faith in humanity is always restored when we see our younger supporters! If a 10 year old can do these things, what’s stopping someone else from helping!!!
Thanks Brinley and Mrs Yanny’s class for your support! Lots of kids will be so excited to get these sweatshirts!!!
