Dear BMF Family,

We were incredibly grateful to welcome 15 youth and 5 dedicated adult volunteers from Saints Basilios-Gregorios Orthodox Church (North Plainfield, NJ) for a beautiful day of service with the Bessie Mathew Foundation.

Together, they assembled over 100 care packages for individuals undergoing chemotherapy, bringing help, hope, and healing to those facing difficult journeys. Rooted in prayer and reflection on the Feast Day of St. Peter and St. Paul, their service was a powerful reminder of faith in action.

Thank you, SBGOC, for sharing your time, hearts, and compassion with our mission. Because of you, we continue to bring light and hope to many lives. 💛

One of the most powerful moments from our 2026 Fundraising Gala was watching Bessie’s son, Ezra, stand up and share his heart. His courage and bravery at such a young age moved us deeply.

To everyone who donates, prays, and supports the Bessie Mathew Foundation, you are part of this moment. You are part of his courage. You are part of his healing.

You remind him that he is surrounded. That he is lifted. That he is deeply loved.

What an absolutely incredible night! ✨💃🏽🕺🏽

On February 7, 2026, we gathered for the 2nd **Bessie Mathew Foundation Gala**, and WOW, what a meaningful, joy-filled, high-energy celebration it was! From the laughter and dancing to the heartfelt moments and powerful stories, the night was truly unforgettable. ❤️

To every single person who showed up, supported, gave, danced, and celebrated with us - THANK YOU. Your presence made the evening so special, and your generosity is what fuels the mission of the Bessie Mathew Foundation.
