June 11 is Recurrent Respiratory Papillomatosis (RRP) Awareness Day. RRP has historically been a surgical disease with some patients undergoing hundreds of surgeries in their lifetime. Now we have more treatment options than ever before! Although surgery remains the foundation of treatment, the rapid evolution of disease-directed therapies offers hope that future generations of patients may require far fewer procedures than those before them.
