In case you missed the announcement 3 weeks ago on Earth Day, Finley's Fund provided grants of $25,000 each to Rainforest Trust, Cool Earth, The Cacapon Institute, Southern Environmental Law Center, and Reserva The Youth Land Trust, 5 phenomenal organizations run by incredible people who plant trees, preserve forests, and help people live sustainably in those areas. As of this 13th Earth Day since Finley made her first two grants, her fund has now handed out an incredible $785,000. Wow and thank you!,
It's now the one time each year we ask you to join us in support of Finley's efforts to stop climate change. Now thru tomorrow night, you can donate to Finley's fund through this Give Local Piedmont campaign and help us compete for prize money and matching funds that make the impact of your donation even greater.
We'll also receive incentive funds from multiple sources. On average, every $1 donated through this campaign turns into $2.30. That means more trees planted, more rainforest saved, and more people whose lives are improved.
The need to stop Climate Change has never been more urgent. If you are able to donate, we would be grateful.
